Between Plaka and Mikri Vigla beaches lies the beach
of Orkos, a 1.5 km long pebbly beach. As the hill of Orkos reaches
the sea, the view from its slopes between the cedars is breathtaking.
In the beach of Orkos, just like in the nearby beaches, one can
enjoy surfing since it is among the most widely known surfing beaches
of the island. There are few accommodation units in the area, offering
great view, while the nearest taverns are in Mikri Vigla (within
a distance of approximately 1km).
