We have been visiting Greece for the last 15 years and these are three images from our Greek Island hopping trip in June 1999.
We arrived in Athens airport on a Friday evening flight from London Gatwick and the plan was to catch an early Saturday morning boat to Naxos. From Naxos we planned to spend some time on Koufonissi, Schinoussa and Iraklia and then return to Naxos to spend time there.
We managed to visit all four of the islands, they all have their own unique charm and, as always in Greece, the people are extemely friendly, courteous and hospitable. Naxos is a beautiful island and is one we shall continue to visit.
